Marriage Conference At Kennebec Baptist
Church: Sept. 10-11, 2010 Cost: $30 Per couple including dinner and
breakfast. What to expect: The Marriage Enrichment weekend is a fast
paced mixture of biblical instruction, video clips, short dramas,
couple interaction, a fun game and fellowship. Each person will receive
a 3 ring binder with teaching outlines and a place for notes. The
topic: This weekend is called, "Celebrating Marriage God's Way"
It presents God's plan for marriage called ONENESS. The main topics
are Leaving, Cleaving, Love and Respect. It will also cover forgiveness
and conflict. It will expose the mistaken idea that communication
is the key to marriage. It will show that the key is to learn to communicate
correctly. This conference will be led by Eddie and Janet Thompson.
